RETURN OF GOODS

1. Rules for the exchange and return of goods of satisfactory quality
1.1 The Buyer shall have the right to replace the purchased goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer with similar goods of a different size, shape, colour, pattern or completeness. If a price difference arises as a result of the exchange, the Buyer shall pay the Seller in accordance with the recalculated prices. The Buyer's notification of his/her wish to exercise the right provided for in this clause of the Regulations, together with the goods to be returned, shall be sent by e-mail to info@milita.lt
1.2 Upon receipt of the goods, the Seller undertakes to replace the goods with the same goods only in the shape, size, colour, model or completeness indicated by the Buyer. If the Seller does not have a suitable product for replacement, the Seller shall refund the money paid for the product to the Buyer. The money shall be refunded to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the Seller has received the Buyer's notification of the Buyer's wish to exercise this right, and if the Goods have not been returned by the Buyer to the Seller, the time limit provided for in this clause shall run from the date of the Goods' return to the Seller.
1.2 When returning the Goods to the Buyer, the following conditions must be complied with:
1.2.1. the returned Goods must be in the original packaging in good condition;
1.2.2. the Goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;
1.2.3. the Goods must be unused, without loss of merchandiseable appearance (labels intact, protective film not torn off etc.)
1.2.4. the returned goods must be in the same condition as when the Buyer received them;
1.2.5. the Buyer must present the document of purchase when returning the goods.
1.3 In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the Buyer shall be refunded the amount paid, excluding the cost of delivery.
1.4 Defective or incomplete goods
1.4.1. If the Buyer wishes to complain about defective or incomplete goods, he may do so by e-mail: info@milita.lt
1.5 When submitting a complaint, the Buyer must specify:
1.5.1. the order number of the Goods;
1.5.2. a photograph of the Goods, a photograph of the defective area (if it is mechanical damage and it is possible to take a photograph);
1.5.3. a photograph of the packaging of the Goods;

1.6 When submitting a complaint, the buyer must specify how he wishes the complaint to be resolved:
1.6.1. The defective product is requested to be replaced by a quality product;
1.6.2. The incomplete product is requested to be replaced by the missing parts;
