3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through secure platforms such as Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and KLIX. Confirmation emails and e-invoices are issued after successful payment. Refunds are returned to the same method used at checkout.

4. Delivery & Pickup

We offer delivery to lockers or via couriers (1–5 days) in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Free locker delivery on orders above €50. Local pickup available at Motorų g. 14, Vilnius.

5. Returns & Refunds

Products can be returned within 14 calendar days. Refunds are processed in 3–7 business days after inspection and are issued back to the original payment method.

6. Dispute Resolution

Unresolved complaints may be submitted to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) or through the EU ODR Platform. Lithuanian law applies; disputes are handled by Vilnius courts.
